Return process
To start a return, contact support@evecurls.com and include your order number and reason for the return. Our support team will provide the return instructions.

Return period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Once we receive and process your return, the eligible refund will be issued within 21 days.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping and its associated costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original US shipping charges
Standard shipping is $5.99 on orders below $79. Standard shipping is free on orders of $79 or more.

Partial returns
You may return part of your order. If you return an item from a discounted bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. Any eligible shipping refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Example
• Product A: $10, Product B: $10, Product C: $10.
• You purchased the bundle for $25 plus $5.99 standard shipping.
• You return Product B.
• Without the bundle discount, Products A and C are valued at $20.
• Product refund: $25 − $20 = $5.
• Pro-rata shipping refund: $5.99 ÷ 3 = $2.00.
• Total refund: $7.00.
